In 2010, we served as Project Manager for The San Diego Foundation, managing all aspects of the design, development and content throughout the nine-month project to create and launch a new 600-page Web site. We collaborated with the Foundation's senior staff to create a new site architecture that satisfied all constituencies. We managed relationships with numerous content vendors so their look and feel matches the new Web site. We aggregated and edited all content for the new site. The Web site was delivered on time and on budget for the Foundation's 35th anniversary celebration in July 2010. View The San Diego Foundation's Web site. |

We directed the creation of the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego's 500-page Web site, developing the architecture and managing the build-out project after careful research and analysis of the interactive needs of Foundation donors, community partners and the public. The Web site provides a wealth of essential resources for donors. Donors are inspired by giving stories, stay up-to-date on Foundation news and programs, learn about creating a Jewish legacy and employ tools and resources for advisors and nonprofits. Among the the site's many features are an integrated online grant-making system, an interactive reservation system, extensive intranet and password-protected areas for board and committee-members, forms, e-newsletters, photo albums and discussion forums.
